Email us
There is no contact form here, because there is nothing on the other end of one to receive it. What there is instead is a mailbox that a person reads, and the address is below.

Players and support
Bugs, lost progress, or anything a game does that it plainly should not.
-
Press and business
Coverage, review builds, portal and publishing enquiries. Same inbox; put “Press” in the subject line.
omegasolutionsbusiness@gmail.com
Open the press kit first: the fact sheets, logos and full-size cover art are all downloadable there.
What to put in a support email
None of this is required. Send what you have.
- Which game. Wreck Run, Merge Bastion, Daybreak Factory or Necrowave.
- Where you played it: this site, a game portal (and which one), or the Android build.
- Your device and browser, for example “Android 16 phone, Chrome” or “Windows laptop, Firefox”.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- What you were doing just before: the wave number, the machine you had just bought, the ramp you had just hit.
- A screenshot or a short clip, if you can grab one.
Please do not send passwords or payment details. We have no accounts, and where a purchase in one of our games exists it is handled by the store, never by us — so we have no use for either.
About lost progress
Progress is saved on your own device, in your browser's storage or in the save slot the portal provides. We hold no copy. There is no account and no save on a server, so clearing your browser data, playing in a private window, or switching device or browser starts you fresh, and we cannot restore it from our side. Tell us anyway if a save vanished on its own: that is a bug and we want to see it.
Response times
We read every email. Replies are best-effort during United States business hours and we do not offer a guaranteed response time. Legal and privacy requests reach the same address; the privacy policy sets out what we do and do not hold.
Mail is the only channel we monitor; we do not run support over social media. Nobody from Omega will ever ask you for a password or a payment.
