Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
The short version
- Every game we have released is free to play.
- This website sells nothing. There is no checkout, no payment processor and no card detail anywhere behind it.
- Wreck Run, Merge Bastion and Daybreak Factory are ad-supported, with no in-app purchases, no premium currency and no subscriptions.
- Watching an ad is not a purchase. No money changes hands.
- Necrowave is free to play here and has nothing in it to buy. Its unreleased Android build is being made with optional paid unlocks, one of which is intended to remove advertising, and Google Play would be the merchant of record for those. See section 2.
- If you paid someone for one of our games, you did not pay us. See section 4.
1. Nothing is sold here
Omega Software Solutions distributes Wreck Run, Merge Bastion, Daybreak Factory and Necrowave free of charge. Necrowave’s Android build is not released and is not sold anywhere; what that build costs, if anything, will be stated before it is published. You can play all four in a browser on this site without paying and without an account, and nothing is installed. This website is static and has no shop, no cart, no payment form and no payment processor, so there is no transaction with us that could need refunding.
2. In-app purchases and advertising
Wreck Run, Merge Bastion and Daybreak Factory are free and ad-supported: as of the date at the top of this page there is no in-app purchase, currency pack, “remove ads” upgrade, battle pass or subscription in them, and coins, gold, unlocked skins and permanent perks are earned by playing and cannot be bought. Advertising is how they are paid for; what the advertising software reads is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Necrowave is playable here for nothing, and there is no purchase in it. Its Android build is not released and is not listed on any store, so no payment for the game can have been taken. That build is being made with optional paid unlocks sold through Google Play, and one of the things a paid unlock is intended to grant is the removal of advertising; the game stays playable without buying anything. The full list of what it sells, with prices, will be described here before that release goes out, and Google Play will be the merchant of record for all of it.
Where a game of ours does offer a purchase, this page will name it and describe the refund route for the store it was bought in, before that release ships. Watching an advertisement is never a purchase: no money changes hands and nothing you are shown can be refunded.
3. Purchases made through Google Play
None of our Android builds (com.omega.wreckrun,
com.omega.mergebastion, com.omega.daybreakfactory and
com.omega.necrowave) is published on Google Play yet. When they are, Google Play will be
the merchant of record for anything bought in them. We would never see your
payment details or be able to charge your card, so we could not process a
refund directly.
If a purchase ever exists in one of our Android games and you want a refund, request it through Google Play, from the order history in the Play Store app or the Google Play website, using Google’s own refund request process, which has its own time limits and rules. Where Google asks for our position on a request, our policy is simple: if the item did not work, did not arrive or was bought by mistake, we support the refund. If Google declines a request you believe is fair, write to us at omegasolutionsbusiness@gmail.com with the Google order number and we will take it up with them.
Statutory rights come first. If the law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal or a consumer remedy for a digital purchase, that right applies regardless of anything on this page.
4. Game portals and anyone else charging for our games
When one of our games is embedded on a game portal, that portal’s own terms cover any subscription or payment you have with them; a portal subscription is a contract with the portal, not with us, and only they can refund it.
We have never charged for these games and have not authorised anyone to sell them. If a site or app store took money from you for one of our games, that is not a transaction we are party to. Ask your payment provider to reverse it, and please tell us at omegasolutionsbusiness@gmail.com so we can pursue the listing.
5. Lost progress is not a refundable event
Game progress is saved on your own device. Clearing your browser data, switching device or uninstalling the app deletes it, and we hold no copy to restore. Since nothing was paid, there is nothing to refund. If a bug in one of our games destroyed your save, we still want to hear about it: that is a defect worth fixing.
6. Contact
Any question about payments, refunds or a listing that should not exist: omegasolutionsbusiness@gmail.com, subject line “Refunds”.
